Karunyavarsham was started in 2011 April by serving free meals to the patients in Government Medical college Hosptial, Kalamassery, Cochin, Kerala. On gettting public support, We registered the Charity as Karunyavarsham Charitable Trust (122/IV/2013 dt 4-12-2013 under the IndianTrust Act. Now we have 80G Registration.

We have a Project -HOSPTIAL WITHOUT HUNGER- for serving free meals to the patients in Govt. Medicla college Hospital, Kalamassery,Cochin, Kerala for the last ten years. Till date we have served 800000 meals to the patients. We have another project of distributing dry ration to the most needy patients occassionallty. Medical aid to the poorest of the Poor Cancer Patients is also another area of activity.

Under the SAHAI- Integrated Home Cre Programe for Cancer Patients we visti the houses of the Cancer Patients and provide them free Nursing care, counselling and support to the patients. We started this project in 2018. we have conducted 6500 hosue visits and provide free nusing care. We have trained nurse and volunteers. we also provide them free conveyanc ein opur vehicle to the Hosptial and back to home.

We  are located in Cochin, Kerala. We  have a project HOSPITAL WITHOUT HUNGER --serving free meals to all the patients  and their bystanders in Government Medical college Hospital, Kalamassery and Cochin Cancer Research Centre, Kalamassery. We  have another  Project SAHAI- Integrated Palliative Home care programme for Cancer Patients in Ernakulam District.
